Whatever your reasons for wanting to get fit, sometimes even the best of us struggle on our own. That’s where I come in. Personal training with me means I will support you and help to motivate you to achieve your goals. I love helping my clients get the results they want; it’s what gives me a buzz.
What’s more, I’m very flexible with my timetable and will come to your home, workplace or local park to help you train. We can fit your sessions around your work commitments and busy schedule. If you’re a mum with young children, you can bring them along, so no need to worry about childcare. We’ll even get them involved if they’re old enough to move around and join in!
Workouts away from the gym
We all have busy lifestyles today and, in this high tech age, we lead increasingly sedentary lives, often indoors stuck in front of a computer screen at work, watching TV and video to relax or playing on our smartphones. So, we need to find ways to get moving and get or stay fit.
Going to the gym is not for everyone, including me, so I prefer to help my clients train outdoors. That way, we’re getting plenty of fresh air and having fun while doing all the hard work! We can also train inside at your home or workplace if you prefer. But once you’ve had an outdoor work out with me, you’ll realise the benefits of being outside and won’t want to train indoors again. Not even in the rain!
It’s not all about the medals
I realised the other day that I’ve been gathering a lot of medals since I began training and competing, just over six years ago. So I took this photo of them all. They’re a mix of 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon completion medals.
We don’t all want a ton of medals like these but it just goes to show what you can achieve if you are determined and get the right support. So whatever your fitness goals or aspirations, contact me to discuss some personal training support.
