Sports massage is a great way to keep your body in tip-top condition while you are training. Fitness training, whether as preparation for running a marathon or just to keep fit, can take its toll on your body.

Regular massage treatments will help you to minimise or avoid common injuries, such as:

  • Strained muscles
  • Stiffness in muscles and joints
  • Runner’s knee
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Iliotibial Band (ITB) issues

Sports massage also aids mobility, increases your energy levels and often improves the rate at which your body recovers from injury and illness.

Many athletes use massage to enhance their strength, performance and speed, as it helps to remove toxins and lactic acid after you’ve exercised.

Sports massage usually lasts an hour but you may want longer, depending on your stress and tension levels. Treatment extensions are subject to availability.

All sports massage treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home, or in my studio in Anerley, SE20.

Cancellation policy

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. Any sessions you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.
